- Next up - September 27 - 28 MWCA Show at the MN State Fair EDUCATION Building.
- We are in the process of confirming our 2009 show dates and will make them available as soon as possible. A partial list is on our home page.
Reminder to Exhibitors:
When you look at a firearm brought in by the public and you unstrap it — please remember to re-secure the firearm for the customer before he/she leaves your table.
A friendly reminder to our Exhibitors ... Our rules ask that you keep your table(s) open the entire show public hours - as courtesy to the Paying Public. In the event a situation arises where you must close early or leave the show early, please let us know in advance so we may locate you in an area where it will have a less negative effect on the show, or ask your neighbor to promptly spread over your vacated table.
(We know this is old information, but we believe that it is very important:)
Former Sen. Rod Grams attended a MWCA Board of Directors meeting.
His advice to all of us, of course, is to contact your legislators.
The right to own firearms will continue to be an uphill battle so it
is very important that your legislators hear from you.
The National Association of Arms Shows has a web site:
http://www.naas-info.org/. We are a charter member of this group. They monitor issues regarding firearms shows, both collectors associations and for-profit shows. Speaking of web sites, if any of you have web sites or e-mail addresses you want to share with us, please do so and we will forward you legislative concerns as they arise.
